We have been an ISO-certified organization since early 2022, and are currently ISO27001:2022 certified. Our platform is designed to be integrated into enterprise martech infrastructure, and therefore comes with a fully documented SDK, API and Connector Framework. How many Template Designer seats do I need?

In CHILI GraFx, we differentiate between Smart Template Designers and End-Users. Smart Template Designers design Smart Templates in GraFx Studio; End-users use Smart Templates to produce and order assets. Unlike other solutions in the market, the number of end-users in CHILI GraFx is unlimited.The number of Template Designer seats in each package is aligned to how we see most clients adopt CHILI GraFx and grow their practice along the way.If you need additional Template Designer seats for the work at hand, it probably means it’s time to move up to the next package.

How many Smart Templates do I need?

Accepted Answer

A single Smart Template is capable of generating endless assets (“renders”) across print, digital and animated output intents, such as, for instance, your basic social media channels, in-store LCD panels, and a print flyer.In addition, a single Smart Template can be endlessly resized to accommodate your use cases and content. Add a language and be amazed by the power of our AI Resizing capability across all layouts and output intents.So unlike other templated solutions in the market, you will not need many templates to produce all assets required for a multi-channel, multi-product, multi-country campaign.

What is a render, and what if I need more renders?

Accepted Answer

A render is a rendition of a smart template, producing a single asset, for instance a print-ready PDF, an animation, or a jpeg file. We aligned the number of renders included in your package to the volumes we observe in our client environments. We will not interrupt your service at any time when you exceed your render quota.If you need a higher volume of renders included in your package, these can be added.

How many Connectors can I deploy as part of my package?

Accepted Answer

There is no limit to the number of Connectors you can deploy as part of your package. The Connector Hub is a standard part of each package, from Launch to Unlimited. We believe that each Connector will increase the value you get out of CHILI GraFx.

Question 6

Can agency staff and freelancers access our CHILI GraFx environments to work alongside my team?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you work with external experts to design Smart Templates in your environment(s), you can grant them access and assign the appropriate role(s) to them in the User Management section of CHILI GraFx.

Question 7

What is the difference between a Sandbox and a Production environment?

Accepted Answer

A Sandbox environment is typically used to test, try new things, prepare for new use cases, dry run, etc., and it produces watermarked assets. A Production environment is a live environment that produces non-watermarked assets.

What is “fair use” of AI functionality?

Accepted Answer

We don’t want you to worry about AI credits or tokens while building templates and producing assets in CHILI GraFx. The cost of AI is therefore included in the package cost, provided that you use the AI for the use cases supported in your package. If you call on our AI beyond the accepted bandwidth for a longer period of time, our Account Manager will raise this topic with you, to discuss if a higher level package would better fit your requirements. We will not interrupt your service at any point in time based on your AI usage.

What is “fair use” of storage capacity?

Similar to AI, Storage is included in our packages. Should you require above average storage for a longer period of time, our Account Manager will raise this topic with you, to discuss if a higher level package would better fit your requirements. We will not interrupt your service at any point on time based on your Storage usage.

How many concurrent jobs can CHILI GraFx handle?

Accepted Answer

We want your users to have a smooth and high quality experience within CHILI GraFx, not impacted in any way by a lack of bandwidth or less than great performance. Today, CHILI GraFx can scale elastically. If you submit multiple concurrent requests for renders, the infrastructure will automatically respond by spinning up more compute resources to ensure a smooth process, without time delays.

Can I OEM CHILI GraFx?

Yes, you can. Join our ISV program to receive the right level of resources and support to integrate CHILI GraFx into your technology and market it under an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) type agreement.
